Job Description

Responsibilities:Hands-on management and improvement of financial planning, budget monitoring and reporting processesPrepare and analyze weekly and monthly reports and present it in Management teamTake part in creating company’s business plan, collaborate with colleagues from other departmentsReview and analyze results of structural units, ensuring alignment with goals and strategic tasksAssist departments in selecting and enhancing operational efficiency indicatorsIdentify and evaluate company risks in collaboration with internal controlAnalyze the company's competitive landscape for strategic decision-makingProvide consultations on financial matters within the scope of expertiseSupporting the development of long-term strategies and yearly target settingRequirements:University degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics or a related fieldAt least 2 years work experience in finance, preferably within an international organizationGood understanding of financial planning within international environment and accounting principlesAdvanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Excel, JDE, Power BIFluent in English and LithuanianA high sense of responsibility and attention to detailAbility to teamwork, communicate and collaborateAnalytical skills and ability to work effectively under high-stress conditionsAbility to plan ones own work, perform several tasks simultaneously within short deadlinesCompany offers:Exciting work in an international company and great colleaguesProfessional and personal growth and developmentSalary 3000-3500 EUR/month before taxes, depending on the skillset and previous experienceDiscounts and other benefits on Circle K products
