Job Title: PM Shift Production AssemblerJob Description

Join a dynamic team dedicated to manufacturing high-quality medical devices. As a PM Shift Production Assembler, you will be part of a fast-paced environment where precision and teamwork are key.

ResponsibilitiesWork with a team to complete production orders in a fast-paced assembly line environment.Operate at 12 different stations, with full training provided over 2-3 months.Follow written English instructions to assemble units using small hand tools.Work alongside team members or independently as required.Maintain speed and efficiency to prevent bottlenecks in the production line.Participate in cleanroom operations as needed, standing for the duration of the shift to label products, seal packaging, and perform other tasks.Essential SkillsPossess a valid visa for at least 2 years from the date of hire.Minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced production line environment.Comfortable with a 1-year contract.Proficient in using small basic hand tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, and tweezers.Ability to work with small pieces and parts during assembly.Capability to stand throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 30lbs.Basic computer skills.Strong English communication skills, both verbal and reading.Additional Skills & QualificationsSoldering experience.Experience in PCB assembly in a highly regulated environment.Ability to read instructions for soldering and match numbers to wires.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is clean and diverse, fostering a culture of pride in product building and teamwork. Embracing all backgrounds, the dress code is casual, but strict guidelines apply in the cleanroom regarding cosmetics and jewelry. The production floor hosts around 60 team members, operating on a PM shift from Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.
