Job Title: PM Shift Production AssemblerJob Description

Join our dynamic team in the assembly and production of medical devices. You will be part of a collaborative effort, working with a team to complete production orders. This role offers a fast-paced environment and the opportunity to work across multiple stations.

ResponsibilitiesWork with a team to complete production orders on a fast-paced assembly line.Train across 12 stations over 2-3 months.Follow written English instructions to assemble units using small hand tools.Work at a station alongside team members or independently as required.Maintain efficiency to prevent bottlenecks in the production line.Occasionally work in a clean room, standing for entire shifts while labeling products and sealing packaging.Adhere to clean room protocols, including wearing a provided heavy jacket and removing all cosmetics and jewelry.Essential Skills2 years valid visa from the date of hire.1 year of fast-paced work experience in a production line.Experience using small basic hand tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, and tweezers.Ability to work with small pieces and parts during assembly.Ability to stand all shift long and lift 30lbs occasionally.Basic computer skills.Good English communication skills, both verbal and reading.Additional Skills & QualificationsSoldering experience.PCB assembly experience in a highly regulated work environment.Ability to read soldering instructions and match numbers to wires.A good attitude and ability to learn quickly.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a clean and diverse environment with a casual dress code. The culture is hardworking and team-focused, embracing all backgrounds. The shift is Monday to Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. In the clean room, strict protocols are followed, including the removal of cosmetics and jewelry.
