Our client, a leading organization in the data and analytics industry, is seeking a PM - Senior Business Intelligence (Power BI) Developer to join their team. As a PM - Senior Business Intelligence (Power BI) Developer, you will be part of the Data & Analytics Department supporting enterprise-wide BI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, high rigor, and thoroughness, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** PM - Senior Business Intelligence (Power BI) Developer
**Location:** Remote
**Pay Range: $80/hr on w2**
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead end-to-end data modeling, visualization, and analytics solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric/Azure Analytics.
+ Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI datasets, semantic models, and reports with best practices.
+ Utilize TSQL data pipelines, views, and stored procedures for curated data marts and dimensional models.
+ Implement security measures such as row-level and object-level security, and establish governance standards.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable, scalable BI products that support decision-making.
**What's Needed?**
+ Expert-level Power BI skills, including DAX, tabular modeling, relationships, and advanced filtering techniques.
+ Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server/TSQL, performance tuning, and data warehousing concepts.
+ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Analytics services such as Synapse, Data Factory, and Databricks.
+ Proven discipline in testing, validation, documentation, and enforcing data quality standards.
+ Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
