PM -M3 Programs, Productivity & Digital Innovation
Description We're seeking an exceptional Product Manager to drive analytics and reporting initiatives across M3 flows, productivity measurement, and technology integration within ATS Programs. This role sits at the intersection of operational excellence, tech integration, working to transform how we measure, analyze, and optimize our Sort Center operations. Key job responsibilities - Own the development and evolution of the M3 Consolidated Dashboard, serving as the single source of truth for M3-related metrics across multiple programs (URL, BLP, Xborder, Andromeda) - Partner with Data & Analytics teams to define and implement new metrics and KPIs for emerging M3 flows and productivity initiatives - Drive tech integration projects with Sort Tech, NMT, and other technical teams to enable automated data collection and reporting - Lead the analytics strategy for productivity measurement, supporting the goal of 5% YoY productivity improvements - Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track contract optimization, labor flexibility, and operational efficiency - Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Operations, ACES, Finance, and Tech teams to ensure alignment on metrics and reporting needs Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field - Product management experience - Strong technical background with experience in data analytics and visualization tools - Proven track record of delivering complex technical products involving multiple stakeholders - Experience with agile methodologies and project management Preferred Qualifications - Experience with warehouse management systems or logistics technology - Knowledge of business intelligence tools and data visualization platforms - Understanding of labor management systems and workforce analytics - Experience with productivity measurement and optimization - Strong business acumen with ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
