PM Parking Block Off Officer

 

Position Overview

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Employment Status: Full-time

Compensation: $22.00 per hour

Work Schedule: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM

Core Responsibilities

Handle equipment setup and signage deploymentOrganize equipment inventoryOversee overnight vehicles and coordinate towing with contracted vendorsUtilize handheld devices and computer technology for reporting and operationsDeliver exceptional customer service regarding parking policies and building locationsSupport maintenance staff with facility upkeep and equipment careOperate trailers and pressure washers for extended services scheduledPerform vehicle cleaning and stock supplies as required

 

Candidate Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid DMV driver's licenseHigh School diploma and one year of related experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsPhysical ability to lift approximately 50 lbsCompetency in driving both standard and automatic transmissionsProfessional demeanor and clean appearance
