Job Description We are seeking a hands-on Service Technician with strong plumbing and general construction experience to support the build, modification, and finishing of modular units. This role is ideal for a trades professional who enjoys variety, teamwork, and seeing a project through from start to finish. Candidates may work independently or alongside a partner, depending on project scope and experience. Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Participate in daily morning stretch & flex and safety discussions • Receive daily task assignments from leads/supervisors • Perform hands-on trade and construction tasks, including: • Plumbing installation, testing, and modification • Building and finishing restrooms inside modular units • Installing sinks, faucets, toilets, showers, and water heaters • Running copper, PEX, ABS, fresh water, and wastewater lines • Cabinetry installation and interior finishes • Wall finishes (FRP, interior panels, etc.) • Painting and general construction support • Running gear work (tires, axles) based on skill level • Work independently or with a partner to complete full build scopes within set timelines • Conduct cleanup and supervisor check-in at end of shift • Assist with last-minute tasks or overtime needs as required We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience (5–6+ years preferred) • Experience in construction or industrial environments • Comfortable working with: • Copper, PEX, ABS piping • Fresh water and wastewater systems • Ability to read instructions, follow timelines, and complete full build scopes • Strong attendance, reliability, and safety awareness Modular construction experience • Experience building restrooms or plumbing systems from start to finish • Electrical experience (working alongside electricians or performing basic electrical tasks) • Trade certifications (Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC) preferred but not required • Proven longevity and consistency in prior roles
