**Job Title: Plumbing Service Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic skills, clear communication, and a desire to grow within a reputable, service-driven company. **Responsibilities** + Repair, maintain, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems. + Perform service calls including leak repairs, fixture replacements, water heaters, drain issues, and general plumbing maintenance. + Clearly explain findings, repair options, and recommendations to customers. + Provide accurate estimates and document work performed. + Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle. + Use ServiceTitan or similar service management software to manage jobs, notes, photos, and invoicing. + Follow all safety procedures, company standards, and local plumbing codes. + Deliver a professional, courteous experience on every call. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience preferred. + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred. + Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. + Strong communication and customer service skills. + Professional appearance and positive attitude. + Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in both commercial and residential settings. + Proficiency in reading blueprints. + Skills in construction, plumbing, PVC piping, mechanical systems, cast iron piping, soldering, and using hand tools. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the benefits of working for a family-owned, veteran-owned, and women-owned company that values its employees.
