Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Plumbing Service Manager to lead and oversee our plumbing service department. This role requires a skilled professional who can efficiently manage operations, mentor technicians, and foster strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support plumbing service technicians.Oversee scheduling, routing, and technician assignments to maximize efficiency.Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, and ongoing training.Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and codes.Manage day-to-day operations of the plumbing service department.Review work orders, approve job estimates, and support field technicians on complex issues.Monitor KPIs such as productivity, call completion rates, and customer satisfaction.Ensure accurate job costing, materials usage, and invoicing processes.Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer concerns.Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential clients.Support estimating and quoting for repairs, replacements, and service projects.Ensure timely communication and professional follow-through.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, and customer service.Assist in developing service offerings, maintenance programs, and department strategies.

Essential Skills

5+ years of plumbing service experience.Strong understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with service management software and basic office technology.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of State College, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
