**Now Hiring - Plumber Leadman** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled plumber to join our team, responsible for supervising and coordinating plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. You will be working on _projects_ in _new construction_ and commercial settings, including locations such as **_Mechanicsburg, Shippensburg, Hagerstown, Gettysburg College, Cumberland Valley School District, and various hotels._** **Responsibilities** + Supervise and coordinate plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance. + Complete assigned tasks efficiently and ensure all plumbing lines are level, plumb, and installed correctly. + Manage small crews and ensure projects stay on track with timelines. + Read and interpret building specifications and blueprints. + Show up on time every day and work a 40-hour week. **Essential Skills** + Plumbing foreman experience with a minimum of 6 years in commercial plumbing. + Ability to identify fittings and have experience with PVC, cast iron, and underground piping. + Experience with water systems, including CPVC and various fittings. + Proficiency in project scheduling and managing timelines. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 5 years experience in the field working as a plumber. + Experience installing pipes and fixtures. + Ability to work independently without supervision. **Why Work Here?** Join a top mechanical contractor in Franklin County and enjoy benefits such as health insurance. The environment is a new construction site with many moving parts, including lifts, trucks, and personnel. Safety is paramount, requiring steel-toed boots, a visible vest, and a hard hat at all times. The site includes commercial projects such as hotels and new commercial buildings. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CHAMBERSBURG, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
