Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Foreman for multifamily, hotel, and retirement community projects in Hampton Roads. The foreman will lead crews of up to 10 people and occasionally use their tools. The projects typically range from $25-30 million in revenue.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage crews of up to 10 individuals on various construction projects.Oversee plumbing installations in multifamily, hotel, and retirement community projects.Ensure the timely completion of projects within budget constraints.Read and interpret blueprints and plans accurately.Maintain safety standards and adhere to regulations on-site.Essential Skills5-10 years of experience in plumbing, construction, and mechanical work.Ability to read blueprints and plans.Experience in residential and/or multifamily construction.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with FLO systems is a plus.OSHA 10 certification is preferred.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $38.00/hr.
