**Job Title: Plumbing Assembler** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Plumbing Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in assembling plumbing systems for specialty fire trucks. Your expertise will ensure the installation and functionality of various components, contributing to the safety and efficiency of our vehicles. **Responsibilities** + Install heat exchange not already installed with value. + Install master drain and primer control. + Install manual pump shift and discharge for rear and front bumpers. + Install bleeder drains and connect lines to the gauge panel. + Self-check work and meet production goals. + Cut and thread pipes using pipe cutters, cutting torch, and pipe threading machine. + Bend pipes to required angles using a pipe bending machine or by hand. + Join pipes using screws, bolts, fittings, solder, plastic solvent, and caulk joints. + Assemble and install valves, pipe fittings, and pipes. + Fill pipe systems with water or air and read pressure gauges to check for system leaks. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in plumbing and plumbing/fire protection. + Experience with hand and power tools, cutting tools, and boilers. + Capability in installation, threading, and cutting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Motivated, hard-working, and team-oriented. + Great attendance and longevity. + Plumbing experience is preferred. + Proficiency with hand and power tools is essential. **Why Work Here?** Experience the benefits from day one with comprehensive dental and vision plans. The day shift consists of 15-20 employees, while the night shift has 8-10 employees.
