Plumbing Assembler- Weekly Pay $$- Start ASAP

Pay: $21-$23/hour (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday-Friday, Various Shifts

Our company is looking for a skilled and motivated plumbing assembler! Our company manufacturers firetrucks from the ground up. Candidates will assemble plumbing components for specialty firetrucks. Responsibilities include installing heat exchanges, master drains, primer controls, manual pump shifts, discharges, bleeder drains, connecting lines to gauge panels, self-checking work, and meeting production goals.

Responsibilities:

Install heat exchange not already installed with valueInstall master drainInstall primer controlInstall manual pump shiftInstall discharge, R&L rear, and front bumpersInstall bleeder drainsConnect lines to gauge panelSelf-check workMeet production goalsCut and thread pipes using pipe cutters, cutting torch, and pipe threading machineBend pipes to the required angle using a pipe bending machine or by handJoin pipes using screws, bolts, fittings, solder, plastic solvent, and caulk jointsAssemble and install valves, pipe fittings, and pipesFill pipe systems with water or air and read pressure gauges to check for system leaks

Skills & Qualifications:

Great attendance and longevity in previous positionsAbility to portray motivation and teamwork in interviewsExperience in drainage systemsAPPLY-APPLY-APPLY

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
