This role helps keep the plumbing operation organized, efficient, and properly documented while supporting day-to-day administrative needs.
ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support including typing proposals, correspondence, and reportsAnswer and screen incoming calls; communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams via phone, email, and written correspondenceResearch topics and compile information from files and records for special projects and reportsSet up and troubleshoot electronic devices (laptops, cell phones, tablets)Update and generate regular operational reportsSchedule vehicle maintenance and distribute gas cards as neededOrder uniforms for field employeesOrder office supplies, business cards, and marketing materialsAssist with warehouse inventory controlMaintain ownership of the purchase order processPerform other administrative duties as assigned
