Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to grow their career within a supportive and dynamic work environment. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various plumbing systems, while ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards.

ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks and faulty fixtures.Install and maintain water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and other plumbing systems.Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.Communicate clearly with homeowners about issues, solutions, and pricing.Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards.Provide emergency plumbing services as needed, including participation in an on-call rotation.Essential Skills1+ years of experience in plumbing, either residential or commercialAbility to use an impact driver and basic hand tools.Valid driver's license.Mechanical aptitude and plumbing skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in HVAC, electrical, troubleshooting, repair, gauge, pro-press, plumbing, construction installation, skilled trades, blueprint reading, and mechanical aptitude.1+ years of experience as a plumber helper or mechanical/construction aptitude.Must be comfortable bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting 100+ lbs as needed with team members.Knowledge of tools such as Impact Drill, Sawzall, lighted level, Phillips and flat screwdrivers, 8 oz hammer, drywall saw, ¼ Malco bit, 4’’ bit adapter for impact drill, headlamp or flashlight, channel locks.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a team-oriented and busy environment, where once trained, you will be part of an on-call rotation every six weeks, with compensation. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, approximately 7 AM to 5 PM, with an expectation of 60+ hours per week due to project demands. You will be paired with a journeyman, starting your day either at the job site or at the shop. Dress code includes jeans, work boots, and a company-provided t-shirt. Basic hand tools are required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
