**Plumber/Pipefitter** **_Pay_** : $32+/hour **_Location_** : Baltimore, MD **_Job Type_** : Full time **Job Description** Seeking 5+ Commercial Plumbers/Pipefitters with at least 5+ years of experience for a new building going up for the John Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. Candidates must be familiar with Commercial New Construction Plumbing and Pipefitting. You will be working outside in the cold, sweating copper and fitting pipe for water systems for the new building. Plumbers who are interested, must have a **PHYSICAL APPRENTICE CARD** as well as a **PHYSICAL OSHA 10** card to be considered for this role. If you have a physical copy of a _journeyman's_ or _master's_ license, that will work as well. _*Schedule is Monday - Friday from 6am - 2:30pm offering weekly paychecks and benefits*_ _*This is a year long project taking contractors into the winter of 2026*_ **Responsibilities** + Sweating copper pipes + Commercial pipefitting (solder/braze/sweat pipe) + Installing no hub cast iron _We are actively screening candidates to start on January 5th, the first Monday in the new year.
