Job Description
We are seeking skilled plumbers with commercial or industrial experience to work in a heavy commercial setting. The role involves underground and rough-in skills, as well as proficiency with PVC, cast iron, and copper. Installation experience is essential, and layout experience is a significant advantage. The ability to read and fully understand blueprints is required.
ResponsibilitiesWork in a heavy commercial setting with commercial or industrial experience.Utilize underground and rough-in skills.Handle PVC, cast iron, and copper materials.Perform installations with expertise.Leverage layout experience for project success.Read and understand blueprints thoroughly.Connect equipment in mechanical rooms, including boilers, chillers, and pumps.Meet at job sites across Denver, Aurora, and Boulder.Participate in site-specific orientation schedules.Essential SkillsProficiency in plumbing and pipe fitting.Experience with blueprint reading.Familiarity with cast iron and copper pipe materials.Installation and commercial construction expertise.Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.Journeyman's license for Journeyman candidates.Additional Skills & QualificationsLayout experience is a significant advantage.Mechanical room experience, including equipment connection.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work will be conducted in heavy commercial buildings. The schedule runs from 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm, Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime including Saturdays. Steel-toed boots are required, and hard hats and vests will be supplied if not owned.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
