**Job Title: Plumber**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to install, maintain, and repair sanitation units, water, and gas supply lines, heating systems, and associated fixtures and appliances in residential, commercial, and industrial structures. The ideal candidate will be required to design and inspect plumbing systems, perform diagnostics, and ensure compliance with regulatory codes. The successful candidate will work independently and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install, maintain, and repair sanitation units, water, and gas supply lines, heating systems, and associated fixtures and appliances.
+ Design and inspect plumbing systems to ensure compliance with regulatory codes.
+ Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of plumbing systems.
+ Conduct regular maintenance of plumbing systems at sites.
+ Perform installation of plumbing systems at new properties.
+ Inspect and repair previously installed plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites.
+ Respond to plumbing issues from general contractors.
+ Stay up-to-date with current safety regulations and requirements for plumbing systems.
+ Ensure all installed systems pass inspections.
+ Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.
+ Maintain detailed reports of work done at various job sites.
+ Provide clients with information regarding plumbing system upkeep.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficient written and oral communication skills.
+ Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
+ Proficiency in mathematics including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills.
+ Experience with accessing confined spaces and applying adhesives, sealants, and caulk.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ At least two years of related experience required.
+ Valid plumbing license.
+ Good working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints and using plumbing tools.
+ Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial plumbing experience.
**Work Environment**
The work environment involves prolonged periods of standing, bending, reaching, and working with hands. There may be occasional exposure to loud noises, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds is required. The work may also involve exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, and chemicals. The ability to stand, walk, and reach with arms and hands as necessary is essential, as well as the ability to hear and see to position and safety requirement levels.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Camp Pendleton.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
