**Job Description** **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** The is responsible for, but not limited to the following: + Operating power tools, sewer cleaning machines, hand tools, and plumbing equipment. + Replacing seals in water closets and clean water filter systems; unclog sinks, toilet, and drains. + Maintaining piping and related systems to ensure equipment is in proper working order. + Responding to emergency mechanical system calls, including floods. + Cutting, welding and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures. + Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety. + Installing valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures. + Collaborating with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals. + Follow building plans and blueprints. + Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies. + Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems. + Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and electrical work as required and keeping an accurate record of materials used. + Any other duties assigned by Management.
