**Job Title: Plumber** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and reliable plumbers for a long-term opportunity in the Rochester, NY area. The role involves working on both commercial and industrial projects, handling new and existing plumbing systems. Plumbers will install and build valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in a commercial setting. The position requires proficiency with water, gas supply lines, and sanitation/sewage lines, as well as expertise in cutting, welding, and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures for existing systems. **Responsibilities** + Install and build valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial settings. + Work with water, gas supply lines, and sanitation/sewage lines. + Cut, weld, and assemble pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures for existing systems. + Troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair issues during installation. + Utilize internal technology to report and document job orders and work performed. + Work primarily with PVC, CPVC, PEX, and copper tubing. + Build connections to main mains and install fixtures such as dishwashers, sinks, and other household appliances. **Essential Skills** + 2-5 years of commercial plumbing experience in construction. + OSHA 10 certification and reliable transportation. + Experience with PEX, CVPC, PVC, and copper pipes and tubes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices. + Proficiency with hand and power tools, and other plumbing-specific tools. + Experience in reading and following blueprints and rough drawings. **Why Work Here?** Join a leading mechanical contractor in Rochester, offering steady work and access to state-of-the-art equipment.
