We are seeking a reliable and skilled Commercial Plumber to join our team on new construction sites. The plumber will be responsible for installing and roughing-in plumbing systems in assigned areas of each project. This role requires independence, attention to detail, and experience with a wide range of plumbing materials and tools. Unlike supervisory roles, this position is focused on hands-on installation and quality workmanship.
ResponsibilitiesComplete assigned plumbing tasks independently by roughing-in plumbing lines in specific rooms or areas.Install and align plumbing systems ensuring all lines are level, plumb, and meet specifications.Work with a variety of plumbing materials and tools across different projects while maintaining efficiency and safety standards on site.Bring and maintain personal tools required for plumbing installations.Commit to punctuality and reliability by showing up on time daily and working a consistent 40-hour week.Ensure minimal overtime with a steady schedule.Essential Skills3-5 years of experience as a Commercial Plumber in new construction projects.Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation methods.Ability to work independently without direct supervision or training on site.Familiarity with a wide range of plumbing materials and tools.Reliable transportation to job sites in PA and MD.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in blueprint reading to interpret building specifications.Experience with piping materials such as PVC, copper, and steel, including sprinkler systems.Experience in project scheduling to manage timelines and ensure projects stay on track.Ability to identify fittings and work with various plumbing materials, including PVC, cast iron, and underground piping.Why Work Here?Join a top mechanical contractor in Franklin County known for its commitment to quality and reliability. Work EnvironmentWork on a new construction site from 6 AM to 3 PM with a half-hour lunch break. The environment is dynamic with many moving parts, including lifts, trucks, and people. Safety is paramount; steel-toed boots, a visible vest, and a hard hat are required at all times. The site includes commercial buildings such as hotels, and a go-getter attitude is highly valued.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
