Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Plumber to oversee and execute plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance in commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage plumbing projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including pipes, fixtures, and equipment.Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine project requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues promptly and effectively.Mentor and guide a team of plumbers, providing training as needed.Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless workflow.Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.

Essential Skills

Proven experience as a commercial plumber.Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Construction experience.Knowledge of piping, mechanical, and electrical systems.Soldering skills.Experience with PVC installation.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
