Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance tasks across the site
Responding to work orders and ensuring timely completion
Identifying and reporting maintenance issues proactively
Completing daily site documentation and adhering to health & safety protocols
Participating in rostered call-outs and occasional weekend shifts
Working closely with both internal teams and external contractors
What You’ll Bring
NZ Trade Qualification in Plumbing with current registration and license (Certifying preferred)
Minimum 3 years’ work experience
2+ years in commercial maintenance (preferred)
Solid understanding of the Plumbers, Gasfitters & Drainlayers Act 2006
Full NZ Driver’s Licence
Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and basic software (Word, Excel, Webmail)
Site Safe, Working at Heights, and EWP certification (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Other Bits You Should Know
You’ll need to pass a Ministry of Justice/Police check
Cushman & Wakefield induction and compliance training required
Pre-employment checks include drug testing and a health questionnaire
