Essential Skills + Minimum of 5–7 years of hands-on plumbing experience, including troubleshooting and new installations. + Strong understanding of plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices. + Excellent communication and organizational skills. + Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, evolving environment. + Willingness to be in the field daily and lead by example. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Valid and current California C-36 Plumbing Contractor license is a bonus. + Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred. + Ability to upsell services at appointments. + Knowledge of blueprint reading. Primarily working in residential environments with some commercial tasks, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with flexibility for weekend work if needed to complete projects.
