Responsibilities

Perform residential plumbing tasks, accounting for 70% of the job.Conduct commercial plumbing work, comprising 30% of the job.Upsell services during appointments.Serve as the field lead and subject matter expert for all plumbing operations.Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures and service standards.Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to plumbing team members.Collaborate with sales, customer service, and HVAC teams.Ensure proper licensing, permitting, and adherence to plumbing codes.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 5–7 years of hands-on plumbing experience, including troubleshooting and new installations.Strong understanding of plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Willingness to be in the field daily and lead by example.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $93600.00/yr.
