**Job Title: Commercial Construction Plumber** **Great Local Company** **Awesome Benefits** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled plumber to install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures in a commercial/industrial environment. The successful candidate will work under minimal supervision and ensure all installations and repairs are compliant with state laws and local building codes. **Responsibilities** + Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures. + Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues. + Locate and repair water line leaks and remove clogs. + Install and repair commercial/industrial appliances. + Test plumbing and other installed fixtures to ensure proper functionality. + Follow state laws and regulations and adhere to local building codes. **Essential Skills** + Experience with PVC, copper, and piping. + Blueprint and site drawing interpretation. + Experience in commercial construction and new construction. + Ability to work independently in a commercial/industrial setting. + Mechanical and electrical skills including duct installation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3-5+ years of experience in the plumbing trade. + Experience with line jetting, backflow prevention, waste and vent line, and supply line. + Capability to perform camera inspections. + Knowledge of waste management and vent line systems. **Why Work Here?** Join a leading provider of commercial HVAC and refrigeration services that specializes in commercial construction. Employees must be able to transport themselves to these sites. Work hours vary per site, typically from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with some sites operating on a 4-day, 10-hour work schedule. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roanoke, Virginia and the local surrounding areas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
