**Job Title: Commercial/Industrial Plumber** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled plumber experienced in commercial construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, assembling, maintaining, and repairing pipes and plumbing fixtures. They will operate independently, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and ensure all installations comply with state laws and local building codes. **Responsibilities** + Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures. + Work under minimal to no supervision. + Diagnose and troubleshoot any plumbing issues. + Locate and repair water line leaks and remove clogs. + Install and/or repair commercial/industrial appliances. + Test plumbing and other installed fixtures to ensure proper function. + Follow state laws and regulations and adhere to local building codes. **Essential Skills** + Experience in PVC, blueprint reading, installation, plumbing, and pipe fitting. + Ability to work in a commercial/industrial environment. + 3-5+ years of experience in the plumbing trade. + Ability to interpret blueprint/site drawings. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with duct work and electrical systems. + Knowledge of line jetting, backflow prevention, waste and vent line, and supply line. + Experience with camera inspection and replacement of fixtures. **Why Work Here?** Join a leading provider of commercial HVAC and refrigeration services that specializes in commercial construction. Employees must arrange their own transportation to these sites. Work hours vary, with some sites operating from 7 am to 3:30 pm, while others may require four 10-hour shifts. Safety and professionalism are prioritized in all work settings. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roanoke, Virginia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
