**Job Title: Plumber** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Commercial Plumber to join our team for new construction projects in Bellefonte, Altoona, and State College, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals looking for stable, long-term work in a reputable company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience on a commercial job site, working on all phases of plumbing, including rough-in and finish work. Those with trade school or apprenticeship experience are encouraged to apply. **Responsibilities** + Install, repair, and maintain PEX, PVC, and copper piping systems in commercial buildings. + Perform rough-in and finish plumbing, including underground pipefitting, fixture installation, and final connections. + Cut, thread, and assemble pipes using appropriate tools and techniques. + Solder and braze copper pipes for water distribution systems. + Install and secure PEX tubing for water supply applications. + Work with PVC drainage systems, ensuring proper slope and connections. + Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations. + Collaborate with contractors and other tradespeople on job sites. + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. + Collaborate with other trades and project managers to complete installations on time. + Perform troubleshooting and repairs on plumbing systems as needed. **Work Environment** Engage in commercial construction projects located in State College, Milesburg, and surrounding areas. Work within a dynamic team focused on delivering top-notch results in a professional setting. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
