**Job Title: Commercial/Industrial Plumber**** **Pay: $28-34/hour dependent on experience** **Westlake Area- starting May 19** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled plumber to install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures in a commercial and industrial environment. The ideal candidate will be capable of working under minimal supervision, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and following state laws, regulations, and local building codes. **Responsibilities** + Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures. + Work independently with minimal supervision. + Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues. + Locate and repair water line leaks and remove clogs. + Install and repair commercial/industrial appliances. + Test plumbing systems and fixtures to ensure proper function. + Adhere to state laws, regulations, and local building codes. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in PVC, blueprint reading, installation, and cast iron plumbing. + Experience in pipe fitting, construction, and commercial construction. + Skilled in plumbing, piping, line jetting, backflow prevention, and drain repair. + Capability to work independently in a commercial/industrial setting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3-5+ years of experience in the plumbing trade. + Ability to interpret blueprints and site drawings. + Experience with mechanical, electrical, duct work, and duct installation. **Why Work Here?** Join a leading provider of commercial HVAC and refrigeration services, where you will be part of a team committed to delivering high-quality service in a supportive and professional environment.
