**Job Title: Plumber** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled plumber to install plumbing systems in Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). The role involves reading and interpreting blueprints and building plans to determine the layout of plumbing systems. You will collaborate with contractors, architects, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems. Additionally, you will conduct inspections and tests to ensure the systems are functioning properly and meet safety standards, as well as troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently. Accurate record-keeping of work performed and materials used is essential, alongside adherence to all safety protocols and procedures. **Responsibilities** + Install plumbing systems in ADUs, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures. + Read and interpret blueprints and building plans to determine the layout of plumbing systems. + Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems. + Conduct inspections and tests to ensure plumbing systems are functioning properly and meet safety standards. + Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues in a timely and efficient manner. + Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. + Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures. **Essential Skills** + Construction and plumbing expertise. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans. + Proficiency in PVC piping, installation, and mechanical tasks. + Experience with hand tools and conduit. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong communication and customer service skills. + Physical ability to perform plumbing tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces. **Why Work Here?** This position offers the exciting opportunity to travel, with housing and meal stipends covered by the employer.
