Job Description Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a manufacturing-focused Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) migration from Arena to Windchill. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading system migration projects in manufacturing or hardware-focused environments and will be responsible for driving cross-functional coordination, timelines, and successful execution of all migration activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for the Arena-to-Windchill migration, including planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery. Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, IT, and quality teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment throughout the migration. Oversee data mapping, data cleansing, validation, and migration processes to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support testing, change management, and user training activities to ensure smooth adoption of Windchill. Identify risks, manage issues, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders and leadership. Ensure all project activities comply with Axon’s operational standards and support product quality objectives. Hold relationships with leadership across the organization to ensure strategy aligns with all cross-functional verticals. Navigate through large, complex datasets.
