**Job Title: PLC Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled PLC Technician responsible for maintaining, setting up, repairing, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and facilities. This role involves documenting all maintenance and electrical work in the CMMS, ensuring smooth operations of various equipment, including flow wrapping machines, cartoning machines, shrink wrap machines, and more. **Responsibilities** + Maintain and troubleshoot all manufacturing equipment and facilities. + Document maintenance and electrical work in the CMMS system. + Repair and set up flow wrapping, cartoning machines, and other equipment. + Rebuild gearboxes, pumps, motors, and mechanical equipment. + Troubleshoot PLCs and perform root cause analysis, even without schematics. + Install and troubleshoot single-phase and three-phase power to 480 volts. + Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP/SOP, HACCP, and FDA standards. **Essential Skills** + Strong PLC troubleshooting background. + Experience as a Maintenance Technician. + Strong electrical background. + Proficiency in troubleshooting and root cause analysis. + Comfortable with single-phase and three-phase power systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with MIG, TIG, and STICK welding techniques is a plus. + General fabrication and machine shop experience is beneficial. + High School Diploma or 5 years of experience with PLCs. + Strong mechanical aptitude. + Experience as a packaging mechanic. **Why Work Here?** Join a stable company with over 120 years of history, offering a clean, safe, and organized facility. The position is available on the 1st shift with flexible hours and potential overtime of 5-10 hours per week. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Souderton, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
