Plc Technician
Job Title: PLC Technician for 2nd & 3rd Shift!

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Electrical PLC Technicians for our 2nd and 3rd shifts. Join our team to work in an engaging and dynamic environment.

Schedule & Pay

2nd shift (3pm-11pm) or 3rd shift (11pm-7am).

Pay: $28-$34/hr

Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on PLC systems.Conduct electrical troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment.Manage PLC and automation troubleshooting, including photo eye sensors and robotics.Maintain and repair conveyors within a food manufacturing environment.Utilize CMMS for maintenance tracking and reporting.Apply ladder logic for system diagnostics and improvements.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and maintenance.Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.Experience with photo eye sensors and automation systems.Knowledge in robotics troubleshooting.Ability to work with Siemens PLC systems.Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with conveyor maintenance.Understanding of VFDs and 3-phase motors.Experience with industrial electricity and machinery wiring.Ability to work with 480 volts electrical systems.

Work Environment

Work in a diverse setting including freezer, refrigerated, and oven/furnace environments during 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) or 3rd shift (11pm-7am).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Mary, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
