**Job Title: PLC Technician** **Job Description** As a PLC Technician, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting equipment and process issues. You will be responsible for Mitsubishi and other PLC troubleshooting and logic editing, as well as configuring and maintaining vision systems to support quality inspection and process control. Your expertise will extend to hydraulic systems, where you will troubleshoot and maintain these systems across production equipment. Additionally, you will support robotic programming and integration for Yaskawa and Fanuc 6-axis robots, optimizing them for cycle time and reliability. Participating in preventive maintenance planning will be a key part of your responsibilities. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot equipment and process issues. + Perform Mitsubishi and other PLC troubleshooting and logic editing. + Configure and maintain Cognex and Keyence vision systems for quality inspection and process control. + Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic systems across production equipment. + Support integration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Yaskawa and Fanuc 6-axis robots. + Participate in preventive maintenance planning. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, including Mitsubishi. + Experience with robot programming and integration. + Ability to maintain and troubleshoot vision systems. + Knowledge of hydraulic systems and their maintenance. + Strong mechanical and electrical skills. + Experience in maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role. + Technical degree is a plus, but not required. + Experience in a lean manufacturing environment and six sigma is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-oriented, laid-back environment where benefits start on the first of the month after hiring. The position is primarily 1st shift, 7 AM - 4 PM, Monday to Friday, but flexibility for weekends and off-shift work is required. Personal protective equipment, including steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and earplugs, is mandatory. Be prepared to adjust shifts as needed to support production demands. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Leitchfield, Kentucky. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
