Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and service tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our production machinery. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, as well as maintaining various types of equipment.

ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.Ensure routine calibration and maintenance of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.Maintain electrical equipment including electric motors, control boxes, welders, and PLCs.Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, both electrical and mechanical.Repair and troubleshoot mechanical, electric, and hydraulic motors, as well as electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Essential SkillsElectrical troubleshootingHydraulics and pneumaticsPreventive maintenancePLC troubleshooting2-4 years of experience troubleshooting PLCs2-4 years of experience with testing, installing, and maintaining relays2-4 years of experience dealing with hydraulics and pneumaticsMechanical and industrial maintenanceAbility to read and interpret schematicsExperience with 3-phase electrical systems2-4 years of PLC programming2-4 years of electrical maintenance workAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in an industrial environmentStrong problem-solving skillsAttention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhy Work Here?

Work Environment

This position is based in an industrial environment with shifts from Monday to Friday. There are two first shift options: 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and two third shift options: 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM or 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Villa Rica, Georgia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
