This role is provided within the Global Occupier Services (GOS) department at C&W in Germany and aims to deliver services on-site for our corporate client, a leading Chinese technology company based in Duesseldorf.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate REFM integration and organize joint meetings across European sites.Track and report on lease transactions, expirations, and strategic planning.Monitor real estate project progress and support bi-weekly and regional review meetings.Manage project initiation, documentation, and archiving in Tririga.Follow up on project acceptance and ensure timely transfer to fixed assets.Organize quarterly supplier evaluations and department-level reporting.Support internal meetings with scheduling, logistics, and meeting minutes.Knowledge & Experience:
Strong organizational and communication skills across multicultural teamsGood to have experience in project documentation systems (e.g., Tririga or similar platforms)Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet routine and ad hoc deadlinesFluent in English; knowledge of Chinese, German is a plusDesire to learn fastWhat we offer:
