**Job Title: Plate Mounter** **Job Description** Join our team as a Plate Mounter on the third shift, where your skills and attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through precise plate mounting. The role involves using computers and machinery, with a focus on safety and efficiency. **Responsibilities** + Read job tickets carefully before operating equipment to ensure customer specifications are met. + Gather necessary cylinders, tools, and tint sleeves as per job ticket instructions. + Pull plates from envelopes to verify condition and number of plates. + Cut plates to the proper length according to the scale. + Verify the proper sticky back to use according to plate negatives envelope. + Mount plates according to job ticket instructions. + Stage job orders on the counter according to specified press and in order of the current schedule. + Make plates when necessary. + Pull plates from the central file and ensure organization, tracking, and cleanliness of the area and plate file. + Maintain cleanliness of machinery and organization of the workspace; perform light maintenance of machinery and slitting blades as required. + Work overtime when needed and as assigned. + Perform related duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Experience with machine operation and production processes. + Mechanical inclination and the ability to perform inspections. + Proficiency in data entry. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr.
