CpK Interior Products Inc. is hiring a **PROCESS SUPERVISOR** to support our _Injection Moulding_ team in cross‑functional operational activities. This role is responsible for supervising Injection Moulding Press operations to ensure it is performed to standard by the operators. The Supervisor ensures processes are to specifications and follow-up is completed in a safe and timely manner. They are required to control Autonomous Maintenance activities at press level. They will also need to demonstrate their ability to perform all aspects of Injection Moulding Processing, while contributing to Plant SQDCM (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale) objectives. **What You’ll Do** (Key responsibilities, not limited to) + Provide leadership for all Injection set-up employees using industry best practices to ensure Complete Customer Satisfaction + Must demonstrate ability to perform all aspects of plastic injection mold processing including mold and material changes. + Conduct Mould setting and machine operation, process optimization and documentation. + Guide Injection Moulding workforce with methods for safe and efficient production + Supports installation of new equipment and services for best quality + Ensure Company processes and policies are followed and coaching and counselling is completed to sustain work performance standards + Develop productive teams through effective support, identification and closure of skill gaps + Ensure department procedures are in accordance with standards with respect to quality of work, maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work area, and protect the environment **What You Bring** + Bachelor’s Degree or College diploma related to Injection Moulding and/or equivalent work experience + Minimum of five (5) years of supervisor experience in unionized manufacturing + An overall process knowledge of manufacturing – specifically Injection Molding – processes + Ability to problem-solve, analyze situations and adapt accordingly + Ability to meet deadlines + Excellent attention to detail + Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision + This position combines technical and interpersonal skills + Reading, writing and communication in English + Legally authorized to work in Canada + Professional and a collaborative, solution‑focused mindset **Work Schedule & Pay** + Schedule: Full‑time, On-site, Manufacturing Operations + Hours: Monday–Friday, standard hours. Weekend work depending on position when scheduled as per customer demand + Overtime: As required, in accordance with company policy and applicable legislation + Compensation Range **: $60,000–$80,000** annual This range reflects our current expectations as of this posting’s date.
