Position Type: Long-Term Temp **Summary:** + As an Injection Mold Operator, you will be performing manufacturing, rework, and inspection operations to produce an acceptable product, meeting company production standards and quality guidelines. + Other duties may include monitoring molds, loading inserts, trimming flash and gates, and assembling, sorting, drilling, or gauging parts as needed. **What You’ll Do:** + Assemble plastic parts using hand tools, power tools, or automated machines + Inspect products for defects and accuracy + Package finished products with proper labeling and organization + Maintain tools and equipment, reporting issues when needed + Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear when required + Record production data accurately + Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to keep workflow smooth + Train on new techniques, materials, and safety practices **What We’re Looking For:** + Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly (plastics a plus) + Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and machinery + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions + Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks + Good communication and teamwork skills **Preferred:** + High school diploma or equivalent + Experience with plastic injection molding or assembly + Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices **Interested?** There are several ways to reach us: + Call us: (608) 348-6300 + Text us: (608) 330-0055 + E-mail: **platteville@careerpros.com** Sedona Staffing Services is an equal opportunity employer.
