Job Description

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot machine issues, minor hydraulic and electrical problemsAbility to discern molding issues from machinery or process issuesRecord accurate production data necessary for tracking purposesDevelop corrective actions for machine/molding issuesTrack downtime, quality performance and machine efficiencyTrain personnel to improve technical capabilities and experienceEvaluate the quality of product form newly set-up machinesMonitor production processRespond to reported machine/mold issuesStart-up and shut-down molding machines as necessaryFollow mold change proceduresPerform mold changes and color changes in a proficient mannerCommunicate all changes and all important information to the Manager or SupervisorEnsure all system performances are optimized and running safely.Work with/relieve assembly line operators as needed to meet production requirementsFollow and enforce all Environment, Health and Safety, ISO, Food Safety and cGMP policies and procedures

12 hour Day shift
