**Plastic Molding Technician** **Job Description** As a Mold Technician, you will be responsible for performing mold repairs, insert changes, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of the machines. Your role includes responding to Quality Assurance Technicians by adjusting machines to maintain appropriate sizes and standards, overseeing proper packaging procedures, and ensuring production schedules are met to fulfill customer demands. **Responsibilities** + Perform mold repairs, insert changes, and preventative maintenance as required. + Respond to Quality Assurance Technicians by adjusting machines to maintain appropriate sizes and standards. + Oversee proper packaging procedures to ensure quality and efficiency. + Review production schedules and ensure machines are running production to meet customer demands. + Respond promptly to alarms and/or requests for assistance to correct machine malfunctions and/or address Packer/Handler problems. **Why Work Here?** Experience a great culture with a global presence that offers upward mobility and innovation.
