**Job Title: Plastic Injection Mold Operator** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Plastic Injection Mold Operator to join our team in manufacturing plastic parts, primarily for medical products such as mouth guards and hard plastic cases for gaming systems. The role involves operating both automated and manual injection molding machines, performing trimming and visual inspections of plastic medical parts. The position requires working in a clean room environment with minimal microscope usage. Responsibilities + Operate automated and manual injection molding machines to produce plastic medical parts. + Perform trimming and visual inspections to ensure product quality. + Conduct medical documentation in a clean room environment, adhering to gowning requirements. + Operate small equipment, including sealing machines, packaging machines, folder machines, and sonic welders. Essential Skills + Experience in manufacturing and assembly operations. + Familiarity with production processes in a clean room environment. + Proficiency in trimming and injection molding techniques. + Attention to detail and good communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Trainable attitude with a strong attention to detail. + Comfortable working in a clean room environment. + Ability to adhere to dress code: white collar shirt, black pants, and matching brown/black shoes. Work Environment Work in a laid-back environment, primarily in clean rooms with repetitive tasks requiring attention to detail. The air may have a plastic scent. Shifts include 6am - 2:30pm, 2:00pm - 10:30pm with a shift differential, and 10:00pm - 6:30am from Sunday to Thursday with an additional shift differential. Weekend shifts are available, with differentials included. The dress code includes white collar shirts, black pants, and appropriate footwear. The work schedule may vary with no Sundays on rotating weeks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Circle Pines, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
