Manpower Engineering is partnering with a Manufacturing leader in the thermal solutions industry for a Plant Quality Manager. **Job Title: Plant Quality Manager** **Location: Franklin, WI (travel to Calgary, Canada)** **Pay: $95,000 - $140,000 plus 6% bonus (increased with incentive plan)** **Duration: DIRECT HIRE** **Position Description:** We are hiring a Plant Quality Manager to establish and lead the quality function for our new manufacturing facility producing cooling and infrastructure products for data centers. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust quality system from the ground up, ensuring compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement as we launch and scale our operations. **Travel requirements** for this role will start at 50% (traveling to Calgary, Canada twice per month) and decrease to 10% as our Franklin, WI plant ramps up to production by end of calendar 2025.
