Plant Manager – Full Site Leadership

Location: Toledo, OH | Full-Time | On-Site
Compensation: $140K–$160K Base + Bonus + Full Benefits
Relocation Support Available

A global tier 1 automotive manufacturer in the Toledo, OH area is hiring a Plant Manager to lead a key site supporting high-demand product lines. As part of a leadership realignment, this facility is investing in long-term stability and operational excellence—and this role will play a critical part in that transformation.

This is a high-impact, site-level leadership role with full P&L responsibility and direct visibility to divisional leadership. You’ll oversee all aspects of operations, lead a large hourly workforce, and drive results across cost, delivery, quality, and culture.

What You’ll Own (not all required experience)

Lead all plant functions: Production, Maintenance, Quality, HR, Logistics, and Safety

Drive performance across QCDP metrics (Quality, Cost, Delivery, People)

Develop and execute plant budgets, labor plans, and operational targets

Champion a continuous improvement mindset while building team engagement

Lead staffing, training, and development across salaried and hourly teams

Ensure site readiness for new product launches, audits, and corporate initiatives

Maintain a strong safety and compliance culture in line with regulatory and internal standards

Represent the facility in cross-functional planning with corporate teams

What We’re Looking For (flexible)

Proven plant leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong track record managing large hourly teams and cross-functional salaried staff

Demonstrated ability to deliver against KPIs, budgets, and CI initiatives

Experience managing P&L or departmental budgets at the site level

Bachelor’s degree preferred; technical or engineering background a plus
