Key Responsibilities\n\nOperational Leadership:\nOversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality assurance. \nCompliance & Safety:\nEnsure adherence to FDA requirements, GMP standards, and Best Management Practices (BMPs). \nQuality Control:\nImplement and monitor quality systems to maintain food safety and product integrity. \nTeam Management:\nRecruit, train, and mentor plant staff; promote a positive and safe work environment. \nBudget & Cost Control:\nDevelop and manage budgets, implement cost-saving initiatives, and optimize resource utilization. \nContinuous Improvement:\nApply lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
