Plant Manager
Job Title: Plant Manager - $120k - $150k

Job Description

The Plant Manager leads, mentors, coaches, and directs production leaders to meet requirements and expectations around quality, standards, efficiencies, and timelines. This role achieves a high level of employee efficiency, engagement, and morale through leadership and sound management, addressing personnel issues specific to the work environment. The Plant Manager is responsible for resolving customer and vendor issues related to quality, timeliness, and costs, focusing on cost control and labor productivity to maximize profitability. Ensuring safety standards and protocols are met, the Plant Manager collaborates with master schedulers and planners to ensure resources are available to meet schedules and deadlines.
