Temp-to-Hire position$23.00 to $25.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment.Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.Plant Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance, mechanical repair, or troubleshooting production machinery.Ability to perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs using hand and power tools.Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.Able to read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, and perform preventive maintenance.Comfortable diagnosing issues, replacing parts, and working safely in a fast paced environment.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
