Plant Controller
Description
Lead cost accounting operations, maintaining accurate product costing and overseeing standard cost methodologies across manufacturing processes.Establish and refine procedures for tracking production costs, analyzing variances in materials, labor, and overhead, and making necessary adjustments.Coordinate inventory activities, including physical counts and reconciliation, ensuring alignment with financial records.Manage fixed asset accounting, including tracking capital projects, asset additions/disposals, and maintaining depreciation schedules.Support financial close cycles, contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting while enhancing internal controls and recommending process improvements.Collaborate across departments to streamline reporting workflows, implement best practices, and improve financial data accuracy and efficiency.Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance. A Master Degree is a plus.Minimum 8 relevant years in financial role, business development, or accounting role CPA or CMA highly desired.Strong understanding of GAAP with IFRS knowledge a plus.Demonstrated capacity to handle diverse number of projects simultaneouslyStrong ability to collaborate with a multi-cultural and cross-functional teamPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $162000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
