Plant Controller

Our client, a leading Manufacturing company, is seeking a Plant Controller to join their team. As a Plant Controller, you will be part of the finance department supporting the plant management team. The ideal candidate will have strong accountability, a proactive approach, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Plant Controller
**What's the Job?**
+ Record daily ERP transactions and entries.
+ Facilitate the construction and maintenance of standard cost accounting.
+ Assist in financial reporting of customer and supplier issues.
+ Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
+ Serve as backup for payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of strong manufacturing experience.
+ Cost Accounting experience is a must.
+ Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications.
+ Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
