Responsibilities
Operate the scale for weighing company, customer, and third-party trucks.Process vendor invoices and purchase orders efficiently.Provide administrative support to plant management.Compile, enter, and report payroll and production statistics accurately.Track finished goods inventory, equipment utilization, plant costs, and labor hours.Purchase necessary parts and safety supplies.Maintain fuel inventory and equipment downtime reports.Handle month-end accruals and reporting.Process personnel changes and maintain accurate files.Perform timekeeping using Kronos.Essential Skills
Strong administrative assistance skills.Proficiency in payroll processing and customer service.Experience with accounts payable.Familiarity with SAP and data entry.Competence in office management.Knowledge of Kronos payroll system.Additional Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of relevant experience.Experience in processing payroll for a team of 13 people.Familiarity with Payroll ERP such as KRONOS (preferred but not required).Understanding of Accounting ERP like Oracle or JD Edwards.Basic proficiency in Excel.Work Environment
The position is fully onsite, working Monday through Friday from 7 am to 3 pm. The work environment is dynamic, allowing interaction with drivers and the opportunity to engage in various activities throughout the day, rather than being confined to a desk. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
